ServiceNow is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue optimization primarily for the Americas regions and territories. This role plays a critical role in advising the salesforce on commercial transaction processes, pricing, and order accuracy, ensuring a smooth sales cycle and compliance with company policies.

You will be responsible for participating in forecast calls, analyzing licensing and product usage, suggesting pricing strategies, and interfacing with deals desk, finance, legal, and order management teams for seamless sales operations. The Sales Operations Analyst will also support licensing compliance and collaborate with channel and alliance sales teams to enhance sales effectiveness through data-driven insights and operational best practices.
